R or Python - which is Better language for Big Data Analysis / Analytics

Big Data Analytics is the process of collecting, organizing and analyzing large sets of data to discover patterns and other useful information. Big data analysts / scientists can help organizations to better understand the information contained within the data and will also help identify the data that is most important to the business and future business decisions.
For data analysis, most of work is being done using either of two languages: R or Python. To know the difference between both them, or which is better, lets know more..

R is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. It is similar to S language and provides variety of statistical and graphical techniques. Data scientists, statisticians, analysts, quants, and others who need to make sense of data use R for statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling. R is a complete, interactive, object-oriented language.
Python is a widely used high-level, interpreted, dynamic language. Code readability and fewer line of code (comparatively to other languages) are its main USP. Python supports multiple programming paradigms, including object-oriented, imperative and functional programming or procedural styles.
